The shade, when lit, has a beautiful variegated golden slag background with variegated green ripple glass, and green, red, orange and gold triangles with other geometric designs! When not lit, the golden background becomes ivory-colored glass with green, ivory, mauve and red rows of variegated ripple glass! Absolutely lovely! The base has gold highlights, and a new push-thru electrical socket and new electrical cord! To complete this lamp, a vintage clear glass ball finial sits atop the shade, and has great aged patina!
