The razor has been cleaned, sanitized, and lubricated. The plating is very nice throughout the entire razor. The top cap is smooth and shiny with tiny water spots. I didn’t push my luck trying to use anything abrasive to the excellent plating. It’s still a gorgeous Fatboy.
Everything functions perfectly. The butterfly doors open and close smoothly. The blade deck adjusts properly with audible clicks from 1-9. The handle knurling has superb texture and shine. Fatboys are built like tanks and this one has many smooth and efficient shaves left to go.
