Made in German Democratic Republic (East Germany) prior to 1990 when the Democratic Republic of Germany ceased to exist. The spokes can be removed for easy storage and even comes with a spare. There are copper/metal candle holders with matching Drip Catchers. This has been used and has some wear as shown in the pictures.
