Vintage Chicago Skyline Souvenir Carnival Chalkware Bank MCM Hand Painted RARE For Sale

This beautiful vintage chalkware bank features the skyline of the City of Chicago.Chalkware banks were commonly given away as prizes at carnivals in the 1940 -1960s. I don\'t know if this came from a carnival or was made as a Chicago souvenir. The piece is hand painted and thepainting goes all the way around the back. The back is painted to look like a cloud-filled sky.I have only seen 2 others like this on the internet and neither of them were for sale. Rubber stopper is intact.
Condition is Very Good with no chips or cracks. Some signs of slight paint wear but really it is in pretty incredible condition for its age and its chalkware materials. Please see all photos for best idea of condition and email if you have any questions.
