BANDY BANDMASTER Advertising Display Doll GE GENERAL ELECTRIC
This is the GE Radio advertising figure. It is constructed of wood and composition. It’s marching band leader styling has lead to the nickname of Bandy. It stands approximately 18 inches tall. He has black shoes and a full size baton. This doll has its original paint. The Bandy was often placed in radio shop window displays of the late 1920’s and through the 1930’s a featured radio would be positioned near the doll.
Very good condition. There is a slight bit of paint loss and a few marks, but overall in very nice shape. The only thing wrong about this is that the white piece from the top of the hat appears to be missing. I will ship this very carefully and make sure it arrives in good condition. Although this doll is in good shape, it is very old and fragile and should be handled with care.
