Regarding missing parts
If a missing or damaged part prevents function, this will be reflected in the item's "condition" rating. When I am aware of a missing part(s), I will note this in the description. Likewise, if I know an open or used item to be complete, I will note this in the description. Items in any condition other than "New" and "New Old Stock", unless otherwise stated, could have missing parts. This is factored into the item's "condition rating" (see above). I do my best to note all missing parts However, there may be missing parts of open or used items of which I am unaware. Unless missing parts contradict the "condition rating" in the description of the item, it is not eligible for a free return, unless otherwise noted. Refund Policy

• Your item is guaranteed to be in the condition stated in the listing. If your item does not work when it arrives, please contact me immediately. I may be able to help you fix the problem. If not. you may return the item for a full refund, including all shipping expenses. No hassles.

• Unless otherwise stated, you may return any item in the condition in which it was listed within 30 days of purchase. Once returned you will be refunded the original purchase price including tax. The buyer pays return purchase and the original shipping cost will not be refunded unless otherwise stated. This does not include items listed "for parts or repair" or "as-is" or item is insured. If your package/item is damaged during shipping:
  • Take pictures of any damage to the package before opening.
    
  • If there are "fragile" labels on the package, please make sure they are shown in the pictures.
    
  • After opening, take a picture of the packing materials and all damage to the item. Send these to me.

  Signature upon delivery service
  
  • For orders (single or combined) totaling over $75, including shipping, If requested, I will gladly add "signature required upon delivery" to your order at no additional charge. If you do not choose this option and the shipping service's tracking indicates that the package was delivered, no refund will be given. If you wish to pay for this service for an order under $75, please request this before purchasing.
  • If you request a signature from the delivery service, someone at your residence must be present to sign upon delivery. The delivery service will not hold the package and the signature request cannot be removed. They will not make exceptions. If no signature is provided and tracking shows that the delivery service has attempted delivery, no refund will be given.
  Is your delivery address up to date?
  
  • Items cannot be delivered to addresses other than your registered address and Items not sent via USPS cannot be delivered to PO boxes. Refunds will not be given if the item was delivered to your registered address. Once the item has been shipped it cannot be rerouted.
