Wow! If I'd have had this in my college dorm I'd have been the most popular freshman! (I know...you're not supposed to have this type of stuff in a dorm. Like no one ever broke that rule!) Or even not in a dorm.
This 1970s General Electric "Creative Entertainer" set is so versatile. It can be a fondue pot and a warmer and a small skillet. Best of all...it's temperature controlled with a removable 6 foot cord. It has 800 watts of power and range of "warm" to 450 degrees, The lid fits the chafing dish and skillet. It all stacks up together, except for the 6 fondue forks.
Very good condition with some edge wear and small scuffs in the warming dish, but overall very good condition.
Set includes:
- Warmer which also doubles as a small skillet. 8 1/4" across
- Chaffing dish with domed lid. The dish is 8 1/2" across by 2 1/2" high. 7" tall with the lid on.
- Fondue pot. 5" across the top and 8 1/4" at widest point
- Electric cord has temperature control box and 6 foot cord.
- 6 vintage wooden handled fondue forks (not part of original set)
The set is heavy...over 5 pounds without packing or a box.
