This is a delightful, applied roses and chicks, egg-shaped, bisque porcelain trinket box, made in Japan for Lefton around the 1950s. It's in excellent condition apart from a very shallow, tiny chip on the edge of the lid rim, see photo, and would be very easy to touch up. Measures 5" tall x 3" wide x 2.25" diameter opening. Such a cute little, collectible keepsake dish is sure to delight!
