Estimated modern Medium (bust 38, waist 30) - but please look at measurements shown in photo of back of envelope to confirm (again, this was originally designed for teenagers so sizing might be slightly different from other Butterick 1950s patterns).
This appears to be cut and used with instructions intact. There is wear to the envelope (including writing on envelope and a tear).
All pieces and instructions are present. For unknown reasons there are THREE of piece 7 (the armhole facing)
