Hello,
Vintage 1940s WESTERN ELECTRIC 354 Black Rotary Wall Mount Telephone - Untested
It was stored in a covered Sterite Plastic Tub for years. Very good condition !
This model introduced in 1946. Thermoplastic Case. Continued till the 1950s. Came only in 2 colors (black & Ivory).
The rotary dial works good with the proper "whirr" sounds. The cradle has some minor paint chipping.
The line wire is intact & flexible. The F1 handset is also intact & pretty clean.
The orig. phone # on the rotary dial is from Westchester County, NY. Area code (914).
There's a NY State police emergency # sticker above the cradle.
Close examination of superior portion of body reveals tiny dots of wall paint scattered about.
Weights almost 5 lbs. Please check the many photos. Thank you !
