Vintage 1940 early Triner USPS U.S. Postal Air Mail Accuracy Counter Scale. It is made of metal with original black paint and decals. The scale has a brass slide and weight plus a balance adjustment screw. Made in the USA by Triner Scale & Mfg. Co. Chicago, ILL.
It is in very good vintage condition with some expected signs of age and handling. The scale appears to be in good working order. It measures about 9 3/8\" long x 4 1/8\" wide x 4 3/4\" high.
