Oak DesktopWEIS Ledger
This is a rare item....not many of these are left out thereThis is a desktop ledger book made by the WEIS Manufacturing Company back in the 1920s, 1930sMade of oak with a metal "slide" hoop to add or remove pagesMetal "slide" hoop does have some signs of age...patina and some minor surface rust in a few spots...it slides freely when removedBase has 4 hard rubber feet that appear to be originalFront top wood cover has the remnants of the WEIS logo in the middle(see pictures.....I uploaded a WEIS logo from that era so you can see what it was)Comes with a full set of alphabetical dividers....dividers are on a thick, hard, light green heavy stockThe dividers do have some minor "browning" due to age around the outer edgesAlso included are blank ledger pages for this ledgerInterestingly......the pages are printed with the first line having the date year printed all but the last digitso all you had to do was fill in 193 ________ (blank) (see pics)Which would lead me to believe this was originally purchased sometime in the 1930sThis is in EXCEPTIONAL overall condition
