Vintage 10k yg Garnet & Seed Pearl Frat Pin w/ Torch 1948 Phi Epsilon R Webster For Sale

Vintage 10k yellow gold frat pin with garnets and seed pearls. Marked on the back with the Phi and Epsilon letters inside a starburst, Roland J Webster 1948, with LGB - presumed maker. Tested as 10k. Has a torch on the front, garnets form an X design. Not sure the organization is Phi Epsilon, see the second photo for a look at the Greek letters. Measures app. 3/4\" long by 1/2\" wide and 1/4\" tall, with concave back. In very good condition with little wear, a couple pearls have some finish wear, nothing major, has remnants of a piece of chain that we left for the new owner. Weighs 4.6 dwt or 7.15 grams, so a heavier frat pin. Please ask questions and see the photos.
