This is another beautiful Dark Browncolorprofessionally refurbished mint condition View-Master Model \"D\" Lighted Viewer or Stereoscope with Box.
This viewer is in perfect Mint condition, super clean,and has been professionally refurbished. It comes with a replacement gold-foil label since the original medallion is not included. (We also sell these labels in our store).
It has been cleaned, polished and specially fitted withbright LED lighting, the closest to natural daylight.The lenses (4 of them) were disassembled and cleaned (a difficult task since everything is inside a special housing and not easily accessible).The lenses develop a fog over the years, and even if stored away new, this is a common problem with these viewers.The lens housings were also cleaned and painted inside with a flat black paint to avoid internal reflections.
The electrical contacts were totally removed, checked and cleaned and then re-assembled.Everything was checked, lubricated and adjusted to work perfectly. This viewer is now even better than new, since LED lighting was not available back then.
The box is in very nice condition, but shows some minor wear from age (see pictures above).
A copy of the original instructions is also included.
