VINTAGE Set of Cups & Bowl - Mottahedeh Vista Alegre Portugal - Japanese Edo MMA
This is an AMAZING VINTAGE set of Mottahedeh porcelain pottery from Vista Alegre, in Portugal. The set was made in the 1960s exclusively for the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. It was sold in their gift shop. It features a design that was adapted from a Japanese plate from the Edo period (1624-1643). The cups will hold about 8 ounces of liquid and the bowl is perfect for fruit or dessert. These are BEAUTIFUL RARE PIECES from the mid-century 1900s. The cups are 2.75 inches tall and 2.75 inches in diameter. The bowl is 1.75 inches tall and 6.5 inches in diameter. They are in AMAZING EXCELLENT CONDITION! There are no chips, cracks, scratches, repairs or discoloration! They are LIKE NEW!
