Production in 2001 was limited to 3,000 pieces worldwide. Retired in 2001. Multiple Swarovski crystal stones (and beads) were used to adorn this mask.The measurements of mask are about 7.48 inches (19 cm) across; about 3.35 inches (8.5 cm) high of widest section of mask itself; and about 4.13 inches (10.5 cm) top of centerpiece ornament to bottom of middle section of mask (including the dangling crystal beads). Although mask is made from a bendable goldtone metal, I do not recommend flexing it too much due to the embellishment of crystals. Included is the original \"satin\" iridescent purplish-blue box (front of box top is embellished with Swarovski crystals in a round setting); original Swarovski tag (with identification \"model\" number #1806193); original Swarovski certificate of authenticity \"booklet\" (with handwritten number in series of 3,000); and original silica gel packet (used to help keep contents dry).
