  We purchase most items from local people or other outlets in and around the Madison Wisconsin area. Please remember most of the treasures we sell are antique/vintage/used. They will not be perfect. We really try our best to describe the flaws. I know everyone says pictures are a part of the description...AND they truly are, please look at all of them and zoom in, ask questions if uncertain. We are human and guess what, we make mistakes. We have not and will not ever misrepresent an item intentionally. We will always do right by our customers. This is our living and it is important that you are happy with your purchase. When packaging we try to use recycled material when we can. It may not be a pretty package, but it will be packed with lots of care to make the journey.

  ALL OF THE ITEMS THAT WE LIST ARE STORED IN A PET FREE AND SMOKE FREE ENVIRONMENT.THAT BEING SAID, WHERE THEY WERE BEFORE THEY FOUND THEMSELVES IN OUR LOVING HANDS, WE CAN'T TELL YOU. WE DO AVOID OBTAINING ITEMS THAT SMELL OF EXCESSIVE SMOKE.

  WE TAKE GREAT CARE IN PACKING OUR ITEMS TO SHIP, BUT THERE MAY BE BREAKAGE OR DAMAGE THAT OCCURS DURING THE SHIPPING PROCESS THAT IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE SEND US A PHOTO OF THE DAMAGE.
