I believe this is a 1930s or 40s model, But i am not sure of date.Cast and steel,Cast has no cracks or chips,metal has dents and paint peeling as shown.Non working,needs to be restored.This is a great piece for the collector.I have never seen an other one like it.Sold as is as seen.PICK UP ONLY. This is a Rare one to find.Measures 24 inches tall ,23 inches wide.PICK UP ONLY .Do not buy if you have no way to pick up.
