VINTAGE AFRICAN BASKET With LID VERY TIGHTLY HAND-WOVEN EARTH TONE 12” TALL
In good used vintage condition. Very tight weave this basket is solid and large. From research this appears to be a Botswana basket but I purchased from an estate sale and was not able to get information from the previous owner, who had apparently traveled extensively and collected interesting items from all over the World in the 1970s and 80s primarily.
12” tall. 9” diameter
This is a large basket so great for storage but also looks just great simply on display - I love that it’s slightly miss-shaped which to me makes it even more interesting
