Here is a good clean pair of vintage Utica USA BX100 armored cable cutting pliers. These were made from 1944 to 1960. Some will say S.P.A.C on them (this one doesn't) which meant "Smith's Pocket Armor Cutter" with reference to their inventor. Actual production year of this pair is unknown.
