Items in USA are shipped via USPS and are fully insured for replacement against loss and damage. in USA all boxes have a Delivery Confirmation number to confirm when package has arrived at your destination. International First Class orders, according to the USPS, can take anywhere from 3 days to 5 weeks to arrive. Usually 10 working days is a good rule of thumb. Global Priority Mail Boxes can take 3 days to 10 Days to arrive and Global Express can take 3 days to 5 days to arrive. However in USA the post office does not guarantee anything.

If you wish to return your order for an exchange or refund, you must first contact us by email so that your request can be processed on our system. Please do not send items back without authorization. Your return must be received back to our warehouse in the manner it was sent in original box unused. Once inspected, We will happily refund your purchase price minus any shipping charges incurred. Or you can exchange your item for another and receive a full credit towards the new item.
