This is the most recent USMC First Aid Kit / IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit) Pouch. The USMC Zippered IFAK Pouch is made with heavy duty 500 Denier nylon. It’s “Clam Shell” design offers more organization and a lay flat design that creates an improved and more visible workstation. The front exterior of the USMC First Aid Kit Pouch features a quick access velcro sealed pocket fro storing loose items. The interior features 6 elastic loops and specialized pockets for gauze, tape, tourniquets and other essential first aid items. The reverse side USMC IFAK Pouch is equipped with MOLLE II webbing.
This hard-to-find issue pouch offers many uses beyond a First Aid Kit Pouch. It’s also great for organizing hand tools, EDC Items. Its has proven to be an essential piece of kit.
