I am not a comics grader, but I try to be as thorough as possible when assessing books for any flaws. I don't believe in using a number grade system - to me they are mostly utilized as a method to be ambiguous about exact condition and/or individual imperfections - but I do attempt to describe anything other than minor cover shelf-scuffing/scratching in detail. If a certain flaw discussed below does not mention that it affects inside pages, then it does copy is in very good condition, with a solid spine, and great to excellent inside pages (photo#12 example). It has few and lesser signs of predominantly external/corner-based wear.**Photo#3:-Spine edge: Small/light indent near edge's middle.
Photo#4:-Upper spine corner: Minimal wear to corner itself. Small retailer's remainder mark on the external page edge nearby.-Lower spine corner:Light scuffing.
**Photo#5:-Front cover top edge: Little if any shelf-wear.-Outer corner: Tiny crease/scuff/bend, goes thru ~1/3 pages as a lightbend.
**Photo#6:-Front cover bottom edge: Very light shelf-scuffing.-Outer corner: Small scuff/bend around corner, goes thru ~1/2 pages as a light bend.
**Photo#7:-Back cover top edge:Little if any shelf-wear.-Outer corner: Light~1/2" indent/depression around corner, shows on ~15 pages lightly. Tiny scuff/bend at extreme corner that goes thru ~1/5 pages lightly.
**Photo#8:-Back cover bottom edge:~1" scuff/parallel cover crease near edge's middle (photo#9 w/illumination), shows on ~7 pages as an indent. Edge has otherwise very light shelf-scuffing.-Outer corner: Tiny indent/scuff/bend, goes thru ~6 pages as an indent, and ~1/4 pages as a light bend.
**Additionally: Front cover possesses a small residue/scuff patch and 2 nearby light scratches all towards the lower spine corner (photo#10 w/illumination). One more small scratch/indent near cover's center. Back cover has a small indent/depression near its center, and some tiny/light residues/scuffs spread around its middle (photo#11 both buy to read as well as sell TPBs on here, so I understand how aggravating it is to receive a comic damaged in transit. I always pack any books between pieces of cardboard, with either a bubble or cardboard mailer, or a box for larger lots.
