Rare Animation Production Cel - Ducky from 'The Land Before Time' Feature Film 1988 Amblin/Don Bluth
Immerse yourself in the enchanting world of animated film with this exceptional animation production cel featuring the beloved character, Littlefoot, from the timeless classic 'The Land Before Time.'
What makes this cel even more special is the presence of Littlefoot chasing the cloud that represents his mother. it is actually three different animal cels layered together. One of a very small (probably one square inch) Littlefoot, one cel of the purple of the cloud, and one cel of orange and their colorful painted effects for the cloud that are layered together. This cel collection does not include a background and therefore has a clear background or whatever frame you would like.
The cels are approximately 13.5 inches by 17.5 inches and appear to be hand painted original animation cels with production numbers and so forth at the bottom.
Please note that this cel does not have an authenticity stamp. The piece was purchased by me at San Diego Comic-Con in 2015 from an animation gallery booth that had hundreds of original production cels from just about every ‘80s and ‘90s cartoon imaginable.
The frame itself is a 14x18 frame that’s matted for a 11 x 14. I’m only including the frame to protect these cels, which are in good condition but not mint, during shipping. I’d advise that you replace my inexpensive frame with something nicer.
