The Domino is a great pattern from Spyderco, andit uses high-tech, high-performance materials without requiring a high price toboot! This version features a colorful red weave carbon fiber handle front. Theframe lock back of handle continues to be titanium!

The Domino folding knife is a shining example of this concept,combining an understated, but highly efficient "flipper" with theadvanced ergonomics and high-performance cutting capability that make Spydercoknives unique. Designed by Eric Glesser, this performance-driven knife isSpyderco's second model to feature a flipper (the first was the SouthardFolder). Originally developed by custom knifemaker Kit Carson, a flipper is asmall integral tab that extends from the edge side of the blade's tang. Whenthe knife is closed, it protrudes slightly from the back of the handle, where aslight pull of the index finger provides leverage to overcome the blade detentand rotate the blade into the open position.
