This was removed from a house in the Youngstown Ohio area. The wires are plastic coated, cut short when removed. You will need to have an electrician wire a longer service line onto the fixture.
We did not want to clean the brass too much, because it has that desirable aged patina on it. We removed the glass panels and washed them. They will not be reattached for shipping. They will be in a small padded box inside the shipping box.
The only thing we noticed was that one of the metal sections that hold the glass panel was bent further away than the rest. We initially thought was was damaged, but we think it may just be a manufacturing defect, since we found no visible impact or twisted metal. It really is almost not perceptible, but we try to list any defects we notice.
The glass panes have “nibble” marks at the tops and bottom, where the glass has been chipped.
The ceiling cap will also be shipped in a separate padded package, inside the box.
