For sale - Shoshone stone head club circa 1880. This club was purchased from Sherwoods Spirit of America, Santa Fe, New Mexico in 1999. It is approximately 27\" in length and was featured in Sherwoods catalog Volume I, page 14. They describe this club as being in excellent condition and the purchase agreement serves as a guarantee of authenticity. The buyer will receive this agreement and Sherwoods can look up this item using it if you have any questions after purchase.

I have attached detailed pictures from every angle so you can look at the beadwork. There are some beads missing in various spots which can be seen in the photos. Sherwoods assigned the term \"excellent\" to it\'s condition at the time of sale and the condition has not changed since we have owned it. The handle is wrapped with woven hair of some sort which you can see in the photograph. It is really a beautiful piece and worth every penny.

My husband and I have quite a nice collection of American Plains Indian items. We moved eight years ago and our current home does not have enough room to display everything we own.
