There are the requisite bumps and dings, and some areas where the gloss is subdued, and the pages inside are not white but are cream colored with a hint of toning at the edges. It presents well but does have a bindery chip out of the top of the spine, and a light crease through the upper right corner. The tip of the lower right corner is missing from the front cover. The back cover is flat, untorn and uncreased, but there is moderate soiling and smudges, and the top left corner is more aged, with some foxing.
