We do wash, iron, clean, dust, sterilize,freshen, polish, etc. most of the items we sell, when it is safe to do so, priorto listing and shipping. AGE:Age will belisted if known. If not, then if the listing says “vintage”, we presume it tobe 20 years old or older. If it does not say “vintage”, then we presume it to beless than 20 years old.

JEWELRY: Most of our jewelry for sale is preownedcostume/fashion jewelry; contemporary or vintage. We hand select each piece forits beauty, condition, and best quality for what it is. Some pieces are marked;most are not. We test, research, and clean the jewelry (if needed). We are notjewelry experts but are learning! We know some things about some jewelry butnot all things about all jewelry. We will describe the jewelry pieces to thebest of our ability and knowledge at the time of listing and provide photos. If you know more about a piece we have listed or find ourdescription to be vague or inaccurate, please let us know! It is not our intention to misrepresent anything that we sell.

SHRINKAGEALLOWANCE FOR PREOWNED CLOTHING:Pre-owned clothing that is machinewashable or made of a fabric like 100% Cotton more likely than not has beenwashed and dried one or more times prior to our obtaining them.Andwe most often wash, dry, and/or freshen the garments one more time according to their care instructions to prepare themfor resale. Please be aware that some shrinkage may have occurred over timeduring these cleaning processes. Please refer tothe measurements and view all photos before purchasing. Ask questions ifneeded.

NONPAYMENT: Ifwe do not receive payment from you for an item(s) you agreed to purchase within4 calendar days from date you committed to purchase the item(s), your orderwill be automatically cancelled for Nonpayment and will record an UnpaidCancellation on your account. Buyers who have 2 or more unpaid cancellationswill not be able to purchase again from our store. Excessive Unpaidcancellations may also result in limits being imposed by other Sellers or by, and you may lose your buying privileges indefinitely. Please see “OrderCancellation Policy”.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY: If you makea purchase and then request to cancel the order for any reason, we will acceptthe order cancellation request if the item has not already been shipped. If theorder cancellation request is accepted, and payment was received for the order,we will process your refund within 24 hours. It takes 5 to 7 business days forthe refund to process completely. .

RETURNEDITEMS: If a return request is accepted, allitems you are returning must be in the same condition you received them, (i.e.,in resalable condition), and/or as seen in listing photos (i.e., undamaged, tagsstill attached, no signs of use, wear, washing, modification, damage by youafter you received them, and ALL parts and accessories associated with the itemthat were included in the sale MUST also be returned in order for a full refundof the purchase price to be given. Once we receive the returned item(s), wewill inspect them and if all the above criteria are met and we deem the item(s)is in resalable condition, then we will process the refund promptly.

POSTAGEDUE RETURNS: If a package you returned to us is received PostageDue the postage amount we had to pay to receive the package will be deductedfrom the refund amount.

DAMAGEDRETURNS: If youreturn a package to us and some of the items are received damaged, we will proratethe refund equal to the purchase value of the damaged items. If the contents ofthe entire package is received broken, then no refund will be given, so besure to pack the box carefully and securely to lower the risk of damage duringshipping to ensure a safe delivery back to us!
