The manufacture date looks to be (2-0) being Feb. 1970 perfect for your vintage Krate bicycle.The tire is in soft and in great shape with plenty of tread left. This tire comes with the original Schwinn approved inner tube. A hard to find tire in this condition and they aren't making any more.
