The King of Pen is Sailor\'s largest size pen. Comparable in size and feel to the Montblanc 149 or Pelikan M1000. The new King of Pens (KOP) Demonstrator reaches the very top of the Professional Gear series. The large oversize pen shape has a strong presence and a stately feeling. An extra-large sized solid 21k gold nib is well-balanced with the body. Inside the cap is a spring loaded inner cap that assures a tight fit with the lip of the gripping section. This prevents the ink in the nib from drying out, assuring an immediate start when uncapped. The transparent barrel, showing the clear gripping section and converter mechanism. When one uses Sailor cartridges, one can see the color of the ink. This pen features an extra-large sized solid 21K gold nib with Rhodium plating. Available with Medium and Broad nib sizes only. Also available at additional cost with Sailor\'s King of Pen specialty nibs.
