You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (shades must be wrapped in original cellophane) and in the same condition that you received it.

REFUNDS: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it. We will promptly notify you when your return has been received and inspected. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive credit (item price plus tax if applicable) within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
RETURN SHIPPING: You are responsible for paying the cost of shipping your return. Please be sure to package the item according to UPS shipping standards for fragile items and insure the package for your original purchase price. All shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
PLEASE NOTE: If we make a mistake on your order, we will resolve the issue and cover the cost of return shipping as well as the replacement.
DAMAGED ITEMS: Send us pictures of the damaged item as well as the box. Hold onto the damaged item as well as the box and all packing materials during the claim process. You may be required to submit the item & packaging to UPS or USPS. Once the claim process has been completed, we will notify you to discard the damaged item and packaging.
