In the cut-off date of death: DEN D III IVL / MDCCLXXXIV On the edge: ARS AMICVM LVGET - PAVPER PRAESIDIVM. Medal minted by the Riga city council to commemorate the governor of Livonia; Baron Budberg. The medal was minted in the amount of 250 silver and a few gold on the occasion of funeral ceremonies.
