Porcelain character lighter depicting a character from a legend told by Washington Irving in 1820. The lighter is removable and refillable. The wick may need to be replaced and the lighter may need to be serviced, it is untested. Glossy finish; Royal Doulton backstamp. Artist: Geoff BlowerIssued: 1958. Made in England. The lighter does show age/wear/use including discoloration, fading and crackling. Measurements are included in the photos.
