Rare Napoleonic AN XI Boy's Saber:

Rare Napoleonic AN XI Boy's saber. Patterned after Light Calvary AN XI saber, but scaled down for a boy. OAL is 29" with 25" blade and 4.5" hilt. Blade is 7/8" wide. Not a toy, but fully functional scaled down battle saber. No marks on the blade or hilt - probably private order sword. Traces of bluing and guild on the blade. In many armies of the era officers started their service at age of 10-12, so scaled down sabers was somewhat common. Rare and unique piece for any collector. Please ask questions BEFORE you offer!
