SO this came in from an estate of a fella who only collected radios with very nice cabinets. he was more interested in the cabinet than if they worked.
Crazy metal front design, check out the knobs they are worth $50 each !! I should part this bugger out, but can't do it....
I plugged in and it tunes and gets stations, but jumpy and very scratchy, seems the lower the volume the station comes in better, the volume knob is super scratchy ...
the cabinet is very nice , the clock seems to work, but I have no idea about alarm or if time is good over nite.
no cracks in cabinet. some scuffs and nicks and chips as you can see, but nice !! cord good.
again the strong point is the cabinet has no cracks, very nice. and a very cool design.
would make great movie prop, or get repaired and use as a daily radio !
being sold as-is, final sale. needs repaired. , gets station but scratchy ....
getting harder to find these old tube radios in good shape that aren't all cracked up.
this one appears very original. only one on !!
