This is a rare one! It is from 1917 and is from a special Japanese exhibition by pioneer aviator and auto racer Art Smith! He sits in the open cockpit of an early chain driven midget racecar. There is a crowd around him. The license plate on the midget racer reads Smith. The bottom of the postcard has Japanese lettering.
Card back is divided and is not postmarked. Card back reads Union Postale Universelle, Carte Postale. Condition is good to very good as shown with some overall age toning. Guaranteed vintage and original. The watermark is not on the postcard you are buying here.
