This 1912 real photo postcard features the Forest Lawns baseball team. This is a very rare postcard. At the time of writing this, there is no other Forest Lawns team photo or postcard for sale anywhere online.
The year is known because it was originally found with other items specifically from 1912.
The two reference images at the end of the pictures show a newspaper article about the Forest Lawns when they played against the Twentieth Street Stars with a resounding victory. The newspaper article was from the Omaha Daily Bee published on July 28th, 1892, which means that the team operated for at least 20 years. The second of the two reference images is of a Forest Lawns player after they updated their uniforms.
