Antique Sidney Hollow Ware Size 7 Shallow Skillet with the 3 Hole Handle. Sidney Hollow Ware was a company that manufactured Cast Iron Cookware from 1887 to 1897. They eventually sold out to Wagner Ware and that is the reason so many pieces are confused as to who manufactured them. This Shallow Skillet is pretty scarce. This one sits flat and has a very nice cooking surface. This is one of the Nickel Finish versions.
