Samuel Tobias Blessing, who operated out of La Grange Texas as early
as 1851 until about 1856, then Galveston, and later, New Orleans,
Louisiana, throughout the Civil War and beyond. There is one also a
note that he had a studio in Houston around 1854.Dag is in its full, intact case that measures about 4.75\" tall when
closed. Dag is in excellent condition with no corrosion or swipes.
I cleaned the glass and resealed it with archival tape, but did
