When it says that your postcard was delivered, means to the post office, not your home address. This applies to standard envelopes only; regular ground advantage shipping tracks your postcard to your home address. Confusing, yes, but you will eventually get your postcard, just a day or two later than you expected if you use standard shipping which is a low-cost way to ship postcards keeping buyer and seller happy so, please be patient.
