This vintage wine bottle is a unique find for collectors of advertising memorabilia. The bottle measures 14¾ inches tall holds a 1/2 gallon and features a cream colored sticker with the brand name "Garrett's" and the theme of "Distillery." The item was created on June 28, 1949, making it an original piece. The bottle was manufactured in the United States under the brand name Virginia Dare. The company was founded pre-prohibition in 1835. This bottle was made in 1949.
There are no cracks or chips in this beauty. There is a small star embossed on the front of the bottle shown in pictures. The cap does show ware of course but overall this beauty is in great condition.
