I couldn't find the key, but it excepts quarters properly and the light turns on when you hit the button. The lighter bins inside are empty so i couldnt fully test it but the crank on top still turns  correctly and it seems to work the way its suppossed to.  The BIC  display lighter on the front of the machine is there.
