this Tee handle uses three balls in the drive end, a spring-loaded detent plus two fixed ball-stops. However, the rotating grip is secured by pinched tabs on each end.
Apparently this arrangement didn't work well enough, and later T-handles secured the grip with ball-stops instead of pinched tabs. By 1926 the catalogs were showing T-handles with ball-stops, so this example likely dates to 1923-1925.
The snap on mark is there however very faint . Its not abused but shows signs of age, these where in the master sets, we will be listing the later version as well
