RARE SPARKER INDIANAPOLIS HAND CRANK TOOL WITH WOODEN HANDLE For Sale

I don\'t know what this is for but when you crank the handle it works but instead of going around the tool goes back and forth left right left right left right and I suppose the other piece that comes with it is another attachment though I don\'t know if you could actually get the other one out and get that one in so it\'s a really odd piece it says sparker Indianapolis on it I don\'t know what it\'s for I just know that it works and it\'s really cool it\'s about 12 in Long
