GOOD　CONDITION PLEASE SEE PICTURESUp for sale is an amazing mid-century vintage transistor radio. It\'s quite hard to find in sales. It makes a great collectible item.The radio is a world first portable middle and short wave transistor super radio \"SONY TR-62\" made by Sony in 1957.
The size is 162 mm x 98 mm x 40 mm (approx. 6-3/8\" x 3-7/8\" x 1-5/8\")The radio recieves AM stations among Freq. range 535 to 1605kHz and SW stations among Freq. 2.5 to 4.5MHz. Works with regular \"4 AA batteries.
Amazingly all parts on the circuit board are original. Has no corrosions around battery space.Two electrolytic capacitors were added to play the radio more stable.These parts were installed in the back of the circuit board, so it isn\'t seen from the surface.This radio was repaired in necessity minimum in order to keep historical values.
-Please note.Do not tighten a screw of the back cover too much. When a back cover is tightened hard, the cover touches the bar antenna, and reception sometimes becomes unstable.Payment
