Randall Survival Knife - True German Solingen Steel - Exceptional - The blade is beautiful and the handle is hollow and can be filled with whatever you desire (fish hooks etc.).. handle also has a functioning compass mounted in the (heavy for balance) brass threaded plug. Stainless handle (Solingen) iswrapped in Army issue surgical tape which provides an excellent grip (easily removed if desired).. Vietnam Era knife keeps appreciating and is an excellent investment and honor to own/use. Final pic is the model (example) without the surgical tape wrap. Honestly, if you were stuck in the Boonies for an extended period of time this would be your choice for a weapon, not a rifle. Enjoy!
