Condition -my photos are actual items that will be shipped to youI work hard to get good pictures of each item for your best detailsI do my best on all descriptions so you have no questions and know what you are receiving.
Batteries - I apologize don\'t normally ship with batteries most devices will not have the batteries in them (unless I get it with good batteries already installed. It is just not cost effective with both shipping and returns missing the batteries. Items that require power I have checked for function and if it does not work I will say so. I check battery compartments and will state if it is not clean in working order.
Guarantees -I offer 30 day free returns and 60 days on some items with few exceptions mainly international (these fees are out of my control so just not practical). Any problems or issues in shipping or damage I work with the individuals to correct the problem.
If there is a problem do not hesitate to let me know. Sometimes packages are delayed though the shipping company and I may not yet be aware of the problem.
ReturnsI follow rules and stay within there platform for all returns.I ask customers return items in original condition sent to them. International -I use \'s international shipping the cost is invisible to me please do not ask me about international shipping fees only can help you with this. If you want an Item that is not allowed in your location than do not buy it. I try to stay within all international rules but cant keep up with all of them so you may find many Items not available international and that is why.
I do my best to reduce cost for my customersI use used boxes and mailers when possibleand try to keep weight down to reduce mailing cost. Please keep in mind I have to drive to the shipping location when boxes are larger.
