Pelikan Souverän M400 Blue & Black Medium (M)
The Pelikan Souveran M400 is amedium-small sized and relatively lightweight, luxury fountain pen which features an 14 carat gold nib with rhodium decoration giving a two-tone finish.
The striped barrel body of the M400 is made from celluloid acetate which is a cotton derivative and so each one is slightly different to each other, much like wood has different knots and patterns.Thebarrel istranslucent, so you can see how much ink is left inside the pen by holding it upto a light.
The black parts of the penaremade from high quality resin, which has a sheen and is strong and lightweight. The metal trim of the pen is 24 carat gold plated.
The gift box included is also pictured and has a removable lid and an ivory coloured faux leather pouch for protecting the pen when being stored or carried. The pouch can take one or two pens.
