Offered here is a stunning pair of classic American Machine Age design lamps from the mid 1930’s. The unique design employs a metal frame, suspending a thick frosted glass shade above a skyscraper stepped milk glass base and is crowned with a chrome skyscraper finial.
These lamps have been restored and refurbished and are in excellent working order. The metal frames have been professionally triple chrome electroplated with satin finish. The original bulb sockets have been retained and socket interiors has been cleaned and polished. All wiring has been refurbished with new vintage twist style rayon covered power cord and appointed with vintage bakelite plugs and new insulator discs. These lamps utilize amedium base Edison bulb (not included).
A smaller profile bulb such as candle style is necessary to clear the shade.
